Here you'll find answers to some of the most common questions regarding the way the website works.

If after reading this page you are still having trouble, post in the help and welcome forum and someone will be happy to take a more active role in assisting you.

Q - How much does it cost to join?
A - NOTHING! CameraClash is free to join!

Q - How do the battles work?
A -
To keep it short, two photographers are each required to create a photo that illustrates the same theme. There can be a different theme for eah round. Each photgrapher attempts to convey that theme in their own way.

Q - How much time do I have to submit my photo?
A - The length of time is determined by the photographer that creates the battle. When creating a battle you can choose any amount of time from one to seven days. Keep in mind that once a photo is posted, the clock starts ticking for the other photographer! You may post your photo at any time during your turn. Don't let time run out on you!

Q - How do I submit my photo?
A - If you are the creator of a battle, as soon as another member joins your battle a button will appear on the page for your battle which you can click to upload you photo.

Q - How will I know what my theme is?
A -
The themes are visible when you view your battle. When creating a battle, you can choose the themes for each round yourself or let the site choose them for you randomly. When you view open battles, the themes are visible. By joining a battle, you are committing to the themes that were chosen by the creator of that battle. Click here to view a list of themes available.

Q - When does voting end for each battle?
A - Voting ends one week from the time that the last photo in a battle is posted.
